| 摘要 |
探讨并分析内分泌科在护理管理中实施6S管理模式的整体应用效果。方法 在2022年10月到2023年10月期间，于我院内分泌科选取60例患者，作为本次研究对象，采取计算机表法，将其分为对照组（n=30）和研究组（n=30），对照组采取常规护理管理，研究组采取6S管理模式，对比两组护理效果。结果 护理后，与对照组相比，研究组各项护理质量评分及护理满意度均较高，组间存在差异（P＜0.05）。结论 将6S管理模式用于内分泌科的护理管理中，能够有效保证护理质量，有助于提高患者的护理满意度，其临床借鉴和推广价值较高。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore and analyze the overall application effect of 6S management mode in the Department of Endocrinology in nursing management. Methods From October 2022 to October 2023, 60 patients in the Department of Endocrinology of our hospital were selected as the object of this study, and were divided into control group (n=30) and study group (n=30) by computer table method. The control group adopted routine nursing management, and the study group adopted 6S management mode, and the nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results After nursing, compared with the control group, the scores of nursing quality and nursing satisfaction in the study group were higher, and there were differences between the groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of 6S management mode in the nursing management of endocrinology department can effectively guarantee the quality of nursing and help to improve the nursing satisfaction of patients, and its clinical reference and promotion value is high.
