| 摘要 |
探究糖尿病患者护理中，采用人性化护理的应用效果。方法 选取2022年1月～2023年12月我院接诊90例糖尿病患者参与分析，以计算机表法随机分组，对照组予以常规护理，研究组予以人性化护理，每组患者人数45例，分析两组患者满意度、生活质量、自我管理能力。结果 研究组满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义，（P＜0.05）。研究组生活质量高于对照组，差异有统计学意义，（P＜0.05）。研究组自我管理能力高于对照组，差异有统计学意义，（P＜0.05）。结论 临床使用人性化护理干预糖尿病患者效果显著，能改善患者日常生活质量，提高患者自我管理能力，以及护理满意度等，保障患者身心健康，值得临床使用。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the application effect of humanized nursing in the nursing of diabetic patients. Methods 90 diabetic patients admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected to participate in the analysis. They were randomly divided by computer table method. The control group was given routine care, and the study group was given humanized care, with 45 patients in each group. Results The satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The quality of life in the study group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The self-management ability of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The clinical use of humanized nursing intervention in diabetic patients has significant effects, can improve patients daily life quality, improve patients self-management ability, and nursing satisfaction, and protect patients physical and mental health, and is worthy of clinical use.
