| 摘要 |
探讨分析细节护理对提高神经外科手术护理质量的有效性。方法 选取120例神经外科手术患者作为研究对象，将其随机分配为2组，即对照组、观察组，每组60例，并于对照组、观察组内分别实施常规护理、细节护理，比较护理效果。结果 从本次研究数据分析看，观察组的并发症发生率明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）；同时，观察组患者护理满意度显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 在神经外科手术护理中实施细节护理有助于提高护理质量、降低并发症风险。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore and analyze the effectiveness of detailed nursing to improve the quality of nursing in neurosurgery. Methods 120 patients with neurosurgery were selected as the study object and randomly assigned to 2 groups, namely control group and observation group, with 60 cases in each group. Routine nursing and detailed nursing were administered in the control group and observation group respectively, and the nursing effect was compared. Results From the data analysis of this study, the complication rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Meanwhile, nursing satisfaction of patients in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The implementation of detailed nursing in neurosurgical nursing can improve the quality of nursing and reduce the risk of complications.
