| 摘要 |
探讨优质护理在胃癌（GC）手术患者护理中效果。方法 选取2022年8月至2023年9月行GC手术患者78例，随机分为观察组（优质护理）和对照组（常规护理）各39例，对比效果。结果 观察组胃肠功能恢复、心理状态、并发症发生率均低于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组生活质量高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 GC手术患者通过优质护理干预可促进其胃肠功能的恢复，改善生活质量，效果理想。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the effect of high-quality nursing in patients with gastric cancer (GC) surgery. Methods 78 patients who underwent GC surgery from August 2022 to September 2023 were randomly divided into observation group (quality nursing) and control group (conventional nursing), 39 cases each, to compare the effect. Results The recovery of gastrointestinal function, psychological state and complication rate in observation group were lower than those in control group (P<0.05). The life quality of observation group was higher than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion High-quality nursing intervention can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function and improve the quality of life in GC patients.
