| 摘要 |
探讨持续改进PICC护理质量中采取静脉治疗护理小组的效果。方法 抽取本院在2021年1月-2022年1月期间收治的58例PICC静脉输液治疗患者按照随机数字表法分成参考组（常规护理）、实验组（静脉治疗护理小组护理干预），每组29例。评价两组的护理效果。结果 一次穿刺成功率对比显示，实验组显高（P＜0.05）。护理质量对比显示，实验组显高（P＜0.05）。并发症发生率对比显示，实验组显低（P＜0.05）。护理满意度对比显示，实验组显高（P＜0.05）。结论 持续改进PICC护理质量中采取静脉治疗护理小组干预，有助于提升一次穿刺成功率，提高护理质量，减少并发症发生，从而提升患者的满意度。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the effectiveness of using intravenous therapy nursing teams in continuously improving the quality of PICC care. Methods 58 PICC intravenous infusion patients admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were randomly divided into a reference group (routine nursing) and an experimental group (intravenous treatment nursing group nursing intervention) using a random number table method, with 29 cases in each group. Evaluate the nursing outcomes of both groups. Results The success rate of a single puncture was significantly higher in the experimental group (P<0.05). The comparison of nursing quality showed that the experimental group was significantly higher (P<0.05). The incidence of complications was significantly lower in the experimental group (P<0.05). The comparison of nursing satisfaction showed that the experimental group was significantly higher (P<0.05). Conclusion Continuous improvement of PICC nursing quality through the intervention of intravenous therapy nursing teams can help increase the success rate of a single puncture, improve nursing quality, reduce the occurrence of complications, and thus enhance patient satisfaction.
