| 摘要 |
分析手术室护理配合在腹腔镜下结直肠肿瘤切除术中的效果。方法 回顾性收集2020年3月-2021年3月32例实施常规护理的患者资料为对照组，再回顾性收集2021年4月-2022年4月的32例接受了手术室护理配合的患者资料为观察组，对比两组患者围手术期的相关指标以及满意度。结果 观察组的患者手术时间、术中出血量等围术期指标等均优于对照组，满意度高于对照组，差异显著P﹤0.05。结论 手术室护理配合可辅助手术更优质高效的开展，能一定程度上缩短手术时间、节省医务人员体力的同时减少患者的出血量，达到满意的手术效果，还可加快患者康复进程，给予患者较好的就诊体验和手术体验。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the effect of operating room nursing combined with laparoscopic colorectal tumor resection. Methods The data of 32 patients receiving routine nursing from March 2020 to March 2021 were retrospectively collected as the control group, and the data of 32 patients receiving operating room nursing cooperation from April 2021 to April 2022 were retrospectively collected as the observation group, and the relevant indicators and satisfaction of patients in the perioperative period were compared between the two groups. Results The perioperative indexes such as operation time and intraoperative blood loss in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and the satisfaction was higher than that in the control group, the difference was significant P<0.05. Conclusion The operation room nursing cooperation can assist the operation to be carried out more high-quality and efficiently, can shorten the operation time to a certain extent, save the physical strength of medical staff, reduce the amount of blood loss of patients, achieve satisfactory surgical results, can also speed up the rehabilitation process of patients, and give patients better medical experience and surgical experience.
