Abstract
Objective To analyze the perioperative nursing strategy and application effect of senile cervical cancer. Methods Thirty elderly patients with cervical cancer treated in our hospital from February 2020 to February 2023 were selected as research objects. All the patients were treated with surgery and were divided into reference group and experimental group by random number table method, with 15 cases in each group. The reference group received routine nursing and the experimental group received personalized nursing intervention. The nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results The negative emotion score of the experimental group was significantly lower (P < 0.05). The comparison of treatment compliance found that the experimental group was significantly higher (P < 0.05). The quality of life in the experimental group was significantly lower (P < 0.05). Comparison of nursing satisfaction found that the experimental group was significantly higher (P < 0.05). Conclusion Personalized nursing intervention in perioperative nursing of elderly cervical cancer can help alleviate negative emotions, improve treatment compliance, and promote the improvement of their quality of life, so the patients are more satisfied.
