| 摘要 |
观察分析对老年睡眠障碍患者实施综合性护理的临床效果和应用价值。方法 选择我院于2022年5月至2023年5月内就诊的200例老年睡眠障碍患者，随机分为对照组（100例，常规护理）和实验组（100例，综合性护理），收集分析护理效果。结果 实验组护理后的睡眠质量评分更高，实验组护理后的生活质量评分更高，实验组护理后的负性情绪评分更低，护理满意度评分更高，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 综合性护理可以有效改善老年睡眠障碍患者睡眠质量，提高生活质量，缓解负性情绪，提升满意度，有较高应用价值。

| Abstract |
Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect and application value of comprehensive nursing for elderly patients with sleep disorders. Methods 200 elderly patients with sleep disorders were selected from our hospital from May 2022 to May 2023, and randomly divided into control group (100 cases, routine care) and experimental group (100 cases, comprehensive care), and the nursing effect was collected and analyzed. Results The sleep quality score of the experimental group after nursing was higher, and the life quality score of the experimental group after nursing was higher, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can effectively improve the sleep quality of elderly patients with sleep disorders, improve the quality of life, and have high application value.
