| 摘要 |
对于肿瘤内科患者实施护理风险管理，分析护理管理的应用效果。方法 本次研究对象在我院肿瘤内科选择80例，就诊时间在2022年1月到2022年12月间，随机分成2组，对照组和观察组分别采用常规护理管理和护理风险管理，比较两组护理质量、不良事件发生率。结果 与对照组相比较，观察组不良事件发生率和患者投诉率较低，护理满意度较高（P＜0.05）。结论 肿瘤内科实施护理风险管理后，可以有效降低不良事件的发生率，减少患者的投诉率，取得患者的高度认可与满意，值得推荐。

| Abstract |
Objective To implement nursing risk management for medical oncology patients and analyze the application effect of nursing management. Methods The subjects of this study were selected from the medical oncology department of our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022, and randomly divided into 2 groups. The control group and the observation group were respectively treated with routine nursing management and nursing risk management, and the nursing quality and incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the incidence of adverse events and complaint rate of patients in the observation group were lower, and nursing satisfaction was higher (P < 0.05). Conclusion The implementation of nursing risk management in oncology department can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse events and the complaint rate of patients, and obtain high recognition and satisfaction from patients, which is worthy of recommendation.
