| 摘要 |
分析优质护理在腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剔除术后患者护理中的价值。方法 将我院于2022年12月-2023年12月收治的84例行腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剔除术患者纳入研究，通过随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组，各42例。对照组应用常规护理，观察组应用优质护理，对比两组护理效果。结果 观察组在采用优质护理后，其手术指标、疼痛评分、心理状态评分、并发症发生率均优于参考组，组间差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论 优质护理可有效缩短腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剔除术患者排气时间，减轻其疼痛，改善其心理状态，并降低并发症发生风险。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the value of high quality nursing in patients with laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy. Methods A total of 84 patients who underwent laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy in our hospital from December, 2020 to December, 2020 were included in the study. They were divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table method, with 42 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given high-quality nursing. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The operation index, pain score, psychological state score, and incidence of complications in the observation group were better than those in the reference group, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion High-quality nursing care can effectively shorten the exhaust time of patients undergoing laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy, relieve their pain, improve their psychological state, and reduce the risk of complications.
