| 摘要 |
探讨产房早期护理对母乳喂养的影响。方法 筛选2022年1月-2022年12月本院256例分娩产妇实施分组研究，分组方式为随机数表法，组别分别为对照组与研究组，每组各纳入128例。对照组直接采用常规护理，研究组给予产房早期护理，从母乳喂养成功率、泌乳情况、护理质量三个方面比较护理效果。结果 与对照组相比，研究组产后3d、产后5d泌乳量以及初次泌乳时间更具优势，且母乳喂养成功率更高，组间对比差异显著（P＜0.05）；与对照组相比，研究组专业护理、护理态度、护患沟通、护理细节评分更高组间对比差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论 实施产房早期护理是提高母乳喂养成功率的有效方式，同时对提高产房护理质量有积极意义，临床需要给予足够重视。

| Abstract |
Objective To investigate the effect of early nursing in delivery room on breastfeeding. Methods From January 2022 to December 2022, 256 cases of parturient women in our hospital were selected and divided into control group and study group by random number table method. Each group included 128 cases. The control group received routine nursing directly, and the study group received early nursing in the delivery room. The nursing effect was compared from three aspects: breastfeeding success rate, lactation and nursing quality. Results Compared with the control group, the study group had more advantages in postpartum 3d, 5d and first lactation time, and the success rate of breastfeeding was higher, and the difference between groups was significant (P < 0.05). Compared with the control group, the scores of professional nursing, nursing attitude, nurse-patient communication and nursing details in the study group were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The implementation of early nursing in the delivery room is an effective way to improve the success rate of breastfeeding, and has positive significance to improve the quality of nursing in the delivery room.
