Objective To evaluate the application effect of community nursing in the development of home bed service. Methods In this study, 100 patients in our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects, 50 of whom were to be the study group by establishing family beds in the community and strengthening community nursing, and the other 50 patients with routine treatment and basic nursing were to be the reference group. The treatment compliance, psychological state and quality of life of patients in the two groups were observed, and patient satisfaction was analyzed. After enumeration of the data, comparison between groups was made to determine the nursing effect. Results The data of this study were obtained, and after statistical comparison, there was a significant difference between the two groups in the relevant data after nursing (P < 0.05). The total compliance rate was higher in the study group and lower in the reference group. Quality of life score was higher in the comparison group and lower in the reference group. Data dominance is reflected in the research group. Conclusion Through research, community nursing is helpful for the smooth development of home bed service, improves patients treatment compliance, relieves bad mood, enhances quality of life. The application effect is ideal, patients are satisfied, and has promotion value.
