| 摘要 |
探究消毒供应中心集中管理的效果。方法 在2023年1月至2023年12月期间，选择100件器械作为研究对象，采用数字随机法将其分为对照组和观察组。每组各50件器械，对照组使用常规基础管理，观察组使用集中管理，对比两组的管理效率和管理人员的专业能力。结果 观察组的管理效率明显高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（p＜0.05）；观察组的管理人员专业能力明显强于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（p＜0.05）。结论 消毒供应中心进行集中管理有显著的效果，能够有效地提高管理效率和管理人员的专业能力，值得消毒供应中心实践应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the effect of centralized management of disinfection supply center. Methods 100 devices in the disinfection supply center from 2023.1 to 2023.12 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group according to numerical random method, with 50 devices in each group. The control group used routine basic management and the observation group used centralized management. The management efficiency and professional ability of managers of the two groups were compared. Results The management efficiency of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant (p < 0.05). The professional ability of managers in the observation group was significantly stronger than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (p < 0.05). Conclusion The centralized management of the disinfection supply center has remarkable effect, can effectively improve the management efficiency and the professional ability of the management personnel, and is worthy of the practical application of the disinfection supply center.
