| 摘要 |
分析多科协作前瞻性护理对宫颈癌患者术后预后营养指数的影响。方法 选择就诊于2020年10月到2022年10月宫颈癌患者88例，按照随机方法分组为对照组和研究组各44例，分别为常规护理和多科协作前瞻性护理，比较术后一周PNI值、营养情况。结果 研究组的术后一周PNI值高于对照组，统计学意义存在（P＜0.05）。研究组和对照组的营养情况在组间对比结果为P<0.05。结论 为宫颈癌术后患者提供多科协作前瞻性护理干预，能使患者的预后营养指数下降情况得到缓解，使患者营养情况逐渐改善，保证患者获得充足营养，也有利于患者身体逐渐康复，总体应用价值高。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the effect of multi-department collaborative prospective care on postoperative prognosis nutrition index of cervical cancer patients. Methods 88 cervical cancer patients from October 2020 to October 2022, divided into control group and 44 patients, routine care and multi-department collaborative prospective care, compared the PNI value and nutrition in one week after surgery. Results The PNI was higher than the control group, significant (P <0.05). The comparison of nutrition between the study and control groups was P <0.05. Conclusion Providing multi-department cooperative prospective nursing intervention for cervical cancer patients can alleviate the decline of the prognosis nutrition index of patients, gradually improve the nutritional situation of patients, ensure that patients obtain adequate nutrition, and also conducive to the gradual recovery of patients, and the overall application value is high.
