Objective: To explore the clinical value of responsible nursing for patients with esophageal cancer complicated with coronary heart disease. Methods: Eighty patients with esophageal cancer complicated with coronary heart disease admitted to the thoracic surgery department of our hospital from November 2021 to November 2023 were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group. The experimental group consisted of 40 patients who received responsibility based care, while the control group consisted of 50 patients who received basic care. The nursing effects of the two groups of patients, such as patient satisfaction with nursing care and SAS and SDS scores before and after nursing care, were compared and evaluated. Results: Compared with the control groups SDS score (51.72±5.51 points) and SAS score (53.01±4.36 points), the experimental groups SDS score (41.21±3.53 points) and SAS score (41.01±5.32 points) were both lower (P<0.05); The satisfaction rate of nursing in the experimental group was 97.50% (39/40), while in the control group it was 80.00% (32/40). The satisfaction rate of nursing in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion: Carrying out responsibility nursing system can effectively improve the clinical psychology of patients, nursing satisfaction is high, it is recommended to promote clinical.
