| 摘要 |
探究优质护理在冠心病护理中的应用效果。方法 将我院于2022年12月-2023年12月收治的76例冠心病患者纳入研究，通过随机数字表法分为试验组与参考组，每组38例。参考组应用常规护理，试验组应用优质护理，对比两组护理效果。结果 试验组在采用优质护理后，其心功能指标、心理状态评分、并发症发生率均优于参考组，组间差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论 在冠心病护理中应用优质护理可有效改善患者心功能，减少其负面情绪，并降低并发症发生率。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the application effect of high-quality nursing in the care of coronary heart disease. Methods 76 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from December 2022 to December 2023 were included in the study. They were randomly divided into an experimental group and a reference group using a random number table method, with 38 cases in each group. The reference group received routine care, while the experimental group received high-quality care. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results After receiving high-quality care, the experimental group had better cardiac function indicators, psychological state scores, and incidence of complications than the reference group, with significant differences between the groups (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of high-quality nursing in the care of coronary heart disease can effectively improve the patients heart function, reduce their negative emotions, and reduce the incidence of complications.
