| 摘要 |
分析老年肺炎患者护理中开展综合护理所体现的价值。方法 筛选本院诊断并医治的老年肺炎患者共94例，时段2022年10月至2023年10月。依照入院顺序将全体患者划分成两组，每组平均47例。对照组对其实施常规护理，观察组对其实施综合护理。从症状消退情况、生活质量综合评价两组干预效果。结果 对比咳嗽、发热、咳痰、呼吸困难、肺部湿啰音消退时间，观察组相较对照组缩短幅度更明显（P＜0.05）。对比两组患者心理、生理、环境影响、社会关系不同维度评分，观察组干预后对照组升高幅度更明显（P＜0.05）。结论 老年肺炎患者护理中开展综合护理，对加快症状消退有积极作用，并可明显提升患者生活质量。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the value of comprehensive nursing in nursing elderly patients with pneumonia. Methods A total of 94 elderly patients with pneumonia diagnosed and treated in our hospital were screened from October 2022 to October 2023. All patients were divided into two groups according to the order of admission, with an average of 47 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received comprehensive nursing. The effect of intervention in the two groups was evaluated comprehensively from the condition of symptom remission and quality of life. Results Compared with the control group, the regression time of cough, fever, sputum, dyspnea and pulmonary moist rales was shortened significantly in the observation group (P < 0.05). Compared with the scores of different dimensions of psychological, physiological, environmental impact and social relationship between the two groups, the increase of observation group was more obvious in control group after intervention (P < 0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing in elderly patients with pneumonia has a positive effect on speeding up the regression of symptoms, and can significantly improve the quality of life of patients.
