| 摘要 |
观察食管癌手术患者开展全程优质护理与健康教育对生活质量的改善情况。方法 将某院2022年8月至2023年8月时段内确诊并开展手术治疗的食管癌患者进行分组研究，入组人数共88例。分组方法依据数字随机表法，对照组、观察组各纳入44例。对照组予以常规围术期护理，观察组予以全程优质护理与健康教育。评价指标选定疾病认知水平和生活质量。结果 观察组相较对照组，其疾病知识总知晓率有更大幅度提升（P＜0.05）。观察组相较对照组，其食管癌专用生存质量量表（QLQ-OES18）各维度得分有更大幅度改善（P＜0.05）。结论 食管癌手术患者开展全程优质护理与健康教育，能明显提高疾病认知水平，促进生活质量改善。

| Abstract |
Objective To observe the improvement in quality of life of patients undergoing esophageal cancer surgery through quality nursing and health education. Methods A total of 88 patients with esophageal cancer who were diagnosed and underwent surgical treatment in a hospital from August 2022 to August 2023 were divided into groups. According to numerical random table method, 44 cases were included in control group and observation group. The control group was given routine perioperative nursing, and the observation group was given full quality nursing and health education. Assessment indicators selected disease awareness level and quality of life. Results Compared with the control group, the total awareness rate of disease knowledge in the observation group was significantly improved (P < 0.05). Compared with the control group, the scores of all dimensions of the special Quality of Life scale for esophageal cancer (QLQ-OES18) in the observation group were significantly improved (P < 0.05). Conclusion The quality nursing and health education of patients undergoing esophageal cancer surgery can significantly improve the disease cognition level and improve the quality of life.
