| 摘要 |
分析康复护理在骨质疏松骨折患者中的效果。方法 该研究总共纳入68例研究对象，均是2022年12月-2023年12月在医院诊治的骨质疏松骨折患者，利用奇偶数抽签法分为2组，每组例数为34例。对照组应用常规护理，观察组加以康复护理，对比两组护理效果。结果 观察组在采用康复护理后，其疼痛评分、并发症发生率、生活质量评分均优于参考组，组间差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论 在骨质疏松骨折患者护理过程中应用康复护理可有效缓解患者疼痛，降低并发症风险，从而提升生活质量。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the effectiveness of rehabilitation nursing in patients with osteoporotic fractures. Methods A total of 68 study subjects were included in the study, all of whom were patients with osteoporotic fractures who were seen in the hospital from December 2022 to December 2023, and were divided into 2 groups of 34 cases each utilizing the odd-even lottery method. The control group received routine care, while the observation group received rehabilitation care. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results After receiving rehabilitation care, the observation group had better pain scores, incidence of complications, and quality of life scores than the reference group, with significant differences between the groups (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of rehabilitation nursing in the nursing process of patients with osteoporotic fractures can effectively alleviate patient pain, reduce the risk of complications, and thus improve their quality of life.
