| 摘要 |
研究耳穴贴压联合通便方穴位贴敷对缓解癌痛患者便秘症状的作用。方法 选取我院肿瘤临床医学中心收治的88例癌痛便秘患者作为研究对象，根据随机数字法分成对照组（常规西药疗法）44例、观察组44例（常规+耳穴贴压与通便方穴位贴敷），对比两组患者便秘缓解情况等。结果 观察组患者的肠功能指数改善明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义，P＜0.05。结论 癌痛便秘患者选择中医药疗法的效果更理想，耳穴贴压与通便方的穴位贴敷可快速改善患者便秘情况，值得推广。

| Abstract |
Objective: To study the effect of auricular point sticking combined with Tongbenfang acupoint applying on relieving constipation symptoms in patients with cancer pain. Methods: 88 patients with cancer pain and constipation admitted to Cancer Clinical Medical Center of our hospital were selected as the research objects, and divided into control group (conventional western medicine therapy) 44 cases, observation group (conventional + auricular-point pressure and Tongbei prescription acupoint application) 44 cases according to random number method, and compared the constipation relief of patients in the two groups. Results: The improvement of intestinal function index in observation group was significantly better than that in control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The effect of traditional Chinese medicine is more ideal for patients with cancerpain constipation. Auricular point sticking and Tongbei prescription can quickly improve the constipation of patients, and it is worth promoting.
