循证护理在银屑病患者皮肤护理管理中的应用价值分析

| 摘要 |
探寻循证护理应用在银屑病患者皮肤护理管理中的效果。方法 选择我院收治的90例银屑病患者，随机平分成对照组和观察组，分别进行常规护理和循证护理，对比效果。结果 观察组心理功能、躯体功能、社会功能、物质生活分别为（91.08±5.62）、（92.28±2.85）、（92.24±2.03）、（91.18±3.76）明显优于对照组（79.25±4.16）、（80.46±4.91）、（80.64±4.75）、（79.92±4.27）（P＜0.05）；观察组护理满意度97.78%明显高于对照组80.00%（P＜0.05）；观察组护理效果97.78%明显优于对照组84.44%（P＜0.05）。结论 循证护理能够使银屑病患者在皮肤护理管理中的生活质量和护理满意度提高，使护理效果提升。

| Abstract |
Objective：To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing in skin care management of psoriasis patients. Methods 90 psoriasis patients admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group for routine care and evidence-based care respectively. Results：The mental function, physical function, social function and physical life were (91.08 ± 5.62), (92.28 ± 2.85), (92.24 ± 2.03), (91.18 ± 3.76) significantly better than the control group (79.25 ± 4.16), (80.46 ± 4.91), (80.64 ± 4.75), (79.92 ± 4.27) (P <0.05); The nursing satisfaction of 97.78% was significantly higher than that of the control group 80.00% (P <0.05); The nursing effect of the observation group 97.78% was significantly better than that of the control group 84.44% (P <0.05). Conclusion：Evidence-based nursing can improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of psoriasis patients in skin nursing management, and improve the nursing effect.
