| 摘要 |
分析个体化早期康复护理对冠心病老年患者实施效果。方法 以80例冠心病老年患者为本次研究对象，研究时间为2022年5月至2023年5月，随机将其分为观察组与对照组，n=40，对照组实施常规护理，观察组实施个体化早期康复护理，比较两组患者心功能改善、生活质量提升情况。结果 观察组患者心功能指标得到明显改善，组间对比差异显著，P＜0.05；观察组患者生活质量评分较高，P＜0.05。结论 对老年冠心病患者实施个体化早期康复护理可有效加强患者心功能，从而对患者生活质量高低产生影响。

| Abstract |
Objective: To analyze the effect of individualized early rehabilitation nursing on elderly patients with coronary heart disease. Method: 80 elderly patients with coronary heart disease were selected as the study subjects, with a study period of May 2022 to May 2023. They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, n=40. The control group received routine care, while the observation group received individualized early rehabilitation care. The improvement of cardiac function and quality of life of the two groups of patients were compared. Result: The cardiac function indicators of the observation group patients were significantly improved, and there was a significant difference between the groups (P<0.05); The observation group had a higher quality of life score (P<0.05). Conclusion: Implementing individualized early rehabilitation care for elderly patients with coronary heart disease can effectively enhance their cardiac function, thereby affecting their quality of life.
