| 摘要 |
本研究旨在了解学校结核病防控工作的支持环境。方法 对2020年至2021年期间发生结核病疫情的学校相关人员开展半结构化定性访谈。结果 师生家长对戴口罩的习惯是能保持的，但相较于新冠疫情期间有所减弱。结论 普陀区学校结核病防治的支持环境较好，多方面的观点是支持开展学校结核病健康教育、疫情处置，但要开展预防性服药和新生入学体检仍然存在不小的阻力。

| Abstract |
Objective: the purpose of this study was to understand the supporting environment for tuberculosis prevention and control in schools. Methods: Semi structured qualitative interviews were conducted among school related personnel who had tuberculosis epidemic from 2020 to 2021. Results: The habit of wearing masks among teachers, students and parents can be maintained, but it is weaker than that during the COVID-19 epidemic. Conclusion: The support environment for school tuberculosis prevention and control in Putuo District is good. Many views are to support school tuberculosis health education and epidemic situation management, but there is still no small resistance to carry out preventive drug taking and physical examination for freshmen.
