| 摘要 |
观察分析对老年精神分裂症患者实施心理护理的临床效果和应用价值。方法 选择我院于2021年5月至2023年5月内就诊的30例老年精神分裂症患者，随机分为对照组（15例，常规护理）和实验组（15例，心理护理），收集分析护理效果。结果 实验组护理后的负性情绪评分更低，护理后的认知评分更高，生活质量评分更高，实验组护理后的睡眠质量评分更低，幸福感评分更高，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 心理护理可以有效缓解老年精神分裂症患者负性情绪，改善认知功能，提升生活质量，提高幸福感和睡眠质量，有较高应用价值。

| Abstract |
Objective: To observe and analyze the clinical effect and application value of psychological nursing for elderly patients with schizophrenia. Methods: 30 elderly schizophrenia patients treated in our hospital from May 2021 to May 2023 were randomly divided into control group (15 cases, routine nursing) and experimental group (15 cases, psychological nursing) to collect and analyze the nursing effect. Results: In the experimental group, the experimental group had lower negative emotion score, higher cognitive score, higher quality of life score, lower sleep quality score and higher happiness score, with statistically significant differences (P <0.05). Conclusion: Psychological nursing can effectively alleviate the negative mood of elderly schizophrenia patients, improve cognitive function, improve the quality of life, improve the quality of happiness and sleep, which has high application value.
