| 摘要 |
本文旨在观察分析针对COPD合并呼吸衰竭患者实施以人为本的零缺陷护理，对其的护理的心理状况及预后的影响。方法 本次研究分析通过不同护理措施，对比我院收治的COPD合并呼吸衰竭患者临床应用效果。结果 实验组无论在患者心理状态和生活质量、治疗效果还是护理满意度和并发症发生率各方面均优于参照组，P＜0.05说明存在差异，具有对比意义。结论 针对COPD合并呼吸衰竭患者实施以人为本的零缺陷护理，可显著改善其病情和预后情况，降低并发症发生率，并提升护理满意度，值得医学临床推广和应用。

| Abstract |
Objective: This article aims to observe and analyze the impact of implementing people-oriented zero defect nursing for COPD patients with respiratory failure on their psychological status and prognosis. Method: This study analyzed the clinical application effects of different nursing measures on COPD patients with respiratory failure admitted to our hospital. The experimental group outperformed the control group in terms of patient psychological status, quality of life, treatment effectiveness, nursing satisfaction, and incidence of complications, P<0.05 indicates a difference and has comparative significance. Conclusion: Implementing people-oriented zero defect nursing for COPD patients with respiratory failure can significantly improve their condition and prognosis, reduce the incidence of complications, and enhance nursing satisfaction. It is worth promoting and applying in medical clinical practice.
