Objective: To focus on the impact value of dietary care intervention on type 2 diabetes patients, and to apply the research theory to practice and provide effective support for the development of the field. Methods: The study period is from October 2022 to October 2023. Group arrangement, 1-100 random number, single and double numbers are divided into two groups. The single group (n=50): receive routine care plan; double group (n=50): implement routine care + dietary care plan, and then collect, organize, statistics, analyze, and compare relevant data. Use t test (normal measurement data); use x2 test (count data); calculate means with (-x±s) instead. Results: After the intervention, the efficacy of the two groups varied significantly, and the regimen strategy of the double group was more feasible. The patients performance in blood glucose level, complication rate, and nursing satisfaction were both excellent in the single group (P value <0.05), with comparable advantages, which is worth exploring. Conclusion: in type 2 diabetes patients clinical care of lateral selection, advice to adopt routine care + diet intervention plan, not only can effectively reduce the patients with blood sugar level, complications probability, also can greatly enhance the harmonious relationship between nurses and patients, win the satisfaction of nursing work, worthy of affirmation and praise.
