| 摘要 |
探讨新型“易唤醒”麻醉下行胃肠镜检查与治疗的护理体会。方法 从本院于2022年1月至2023年5月间收治的行新型“易唤醒”麻醉胃肠镜检查与治疗患者中，随机抽选80例进行研究，应用随机数字表法，分为实验组与对照组，对照组给予常规护理，实验组给予优质护理，两组各40例，比较两组应用效果。结果 护理后，实验组的HAMD评分、HAMA评分均低于对照组（P＜0.05）。实验组护理满意度明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 当患者需要进行无痛胃肠镜麻醉治理时，若能在护理工作中满足其生理与心理需求，患者的满意度会大幅提高，还能在精心呵护下改善焦虑感，缓解抑郁情绪，避免由于护理不当而造成并发症，可达到更理想的临床治理效果。

| Abstract |
Objective: To explore the nursing experience of gastroscopy and treatment under the new "easy to awaken" anesthesia. Methods: from our hospital in January 2022 to May 2023 received a new "easy to awaken" anesthesia colonoscopy and treatment of patients, randomly selected 80 cases, application of random number table method, divided into experimental group and control group, control group give routine care, experimental group give quality care, two groups of 40 cases, compare two groups of application effect. Results: After nursing, the HAMD score and HAMA score of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group (P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: When patients need to be treated with painless gastrointestinal anesthesia, if their physiological and psychological needs can be met in nursing work, the patients satisfaction will be greatly improved, anxiety can be improved, depression can be alleviated, and complications can be avoided caused by improper nursing under careful care, and more ideal clinical management effect can be achieved.
