Objective To study and analyze the effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing strategy on postoperative rehabilitation of patients with varicose veins of lower extremities. Methods 70 patients with lower extremity varicose vein surgery admitted to the Department of General Surgery of our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects. According to the department randomization process, 70 cases were selected as control group and observation group, with 35 cases in each group. During the unified surgical treatment, the control group was assigned routine nursing countermeasures, and the observation group implemented rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing countermeasures. The impact of the implementation of different nursing modes on the postoperative rehabilitation of patients was analyzed. Results The results of various indexes obtained at the stage of postoperative recovery showed that the progress of all indexes in the observation group was faster, and the pain at 48h after surgery was significantly lower (P<0.05). The complication rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The effective implementation of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing mode can improve the rehabilitation progress and alleviate the pain of patients with lower limb varicose vein surgery.
