耳穴压豆结合中医干预在股骨骨折术后疼痛护理中分析

| 摘要 |
分析在股骨骨折术患者术后疼痛中开展耳穴压豆结合中医干预的临床应用效果。方法 筛选在我院接受股骨骨折手术患者60例，以随机数字表法分成观察组和对照组各有30例，对照组给予常规护理，观察组添加耳穴压豆结合中医干预，对比两组护理效果。结果 观察组患者术后各阶段疼痛程度与对照组相比均明显减轻，患者睡眠质量、髋关节功能以及生活质量评分均优于对照组，（P＜0.05）。结论 将耳穴压豆结合中医干预应用于股骨骨折手术患者术后疼痛管理中，可有效减轻患者术后疼痛程度，提高身体恢复效率及生活质量。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the clinical application effect of auricular point compression combined with traditional Chinese medicine intervention in postoperative pain of femur fracture patients. Methods 60 patients receiving femur fracture operation in our hospital were selected and divided into observation group and control group with 30 cases by random number table. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was added with auricular point compression and Chinese medicine intervention, and the nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results The degree of pain in the observation group was significantly reduced compared with the control group, and the scores of sleep quality, hip function and quality of life were better than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of auricular point compression and Chinese medicine intervention in the postoperative pain management of patients with femoral fracture surgery can effectively reduce the degree of postoperative pain and improve the efficiency of physical recovery and quality of life.
