| 摘要 |
探析手术室护理期间行人性化沟通技巧的作用。方法 取我院（2022年12月~2023年12月）110例择期手术患者，随机分组，55例行常规护理划为对照组，55例加人性化沟通技巧纳入观察组，观察组间应用效果。结果 干预后，观察组负性情绪、血压、心率、满意度数值均较对照组高（P<0.05）。结论 手术室行人性化沟通取得了显著效用，利于患者负性情绪改善，血压、心率稳定，满意度提高，可推行。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the role of humanized communication skills in operating room nursing. Methods A total of 110 patients with elective surgery in our hospital (December 2022 ~ December 2023) were randomly assigned, 55 patients with routine nursing were divided into the control group, and 55 patients with humanized communication skills were included into the observation group. Results After intervention, the negative emotion, blood pressure, heart rate and satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Humanized communication in the operating room has achieved significant effect, which is beneficial to the improvement of patients negative emotions, stable blood pressure and heart rate, and improved satisfaction.
