| 摘要 |
探究在对全麻患者复苏室护理过程中开展优质护理干预对术后指标的影响。方法 在2022年10月至2023年10月本院全麻手术患者中选择66例为对象，随机排序划分对照组（33例，在复苏室护理过程中开展常规护理）和观察组（33例，在复苏室恢复期间开展优质护理）。针对两组患者恢复期间心理状态、苏醒时间、血压、心率水平等对比。结果 对比患者在复苏期间心理状态、在SDS、SAS负面情绪量表评分方面，护理前无差异，护理后观察组评分低于对照组，P<0.05。对比患者恢复自主呼吸时间、睁眼时间、拔管时间，观察组均短于对照组，P<0.05。对比患者舒张压、收缩压、心率水平，观察组均低于对照组，P<0.05。结论 全麻手术患者在复苏室恢复过程中开展优质护理干预，可以改善患者心理状态，加快患者恢复速度，并预防常见并发症，有助于患者恢复。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the effect of high-quality nursing intervention on postoperative indexes in resuscitation room nursing for patients with general anesthesia. Methods From October 2022 to October 2023, 66 patients with general anesthesia surgery in our hospital were selected as subjects, and randomly divided into control group (33 cases, routine nursing during resuscitation room nursing) and observation group (33 cases, high-quality nursing during resuscitation room recovery). The psychological state, wake time, blood pressure and heart rate were compared between the two groups during recovery. Results There was no difference in the psychological state and the score of SDS and SAS negative emotion scale before nursing, and the score of observation group after nursing was lower than that of control group (P<0.05). The recovery time of spontaneous breathing, eye opening time and extubation time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05). The diastolic blood pressure, systolic blood pressure and heart rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion High-quality nursing intervention in the resuscitation room can improve patients psychological state, speed up their recovery, prevent common complications and help patients recover.
