| 摘要 |
探讨个性化护理在重症肺炎小儿护理中的应用效果。方法 选取我院2022年6月至2023年6月收治的重症肺炎患儿68例，随机分为对照组34例实施常规护理，另34例实施个性化护理，对比两组护理效果。结果 观察组患儿临床症状指标均显著优于对照组，且临床症状改善时间和住院时间均显著短于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 临床对重症肺炎患儿使用个性化护理能够显著缩短患儿症状好转时间，促进患儿临床症状好转，减少住院时间，具有应用价值。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the application effect of personalized nursing in the care of children with severe pneumonia. Methods 68 children with severe pneumonia admitted to our hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were randomly divided into a control group of 34 cases who received routine care and another 34 cases who received personalized care. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The clinical symptom indicators of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group, and the improvement time of clinical symptoms and hospitalization time were significantly shorter than those of the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Personalized nursing for children with severe pneumonia in clinical practice can significantly shorten the time for symptom improvement, promote clinical symptom improvement, and reduce hospitalization time, which has practical value.
