阶段性康复护理干预对脑出血患者神经功能及日常生活能力的影响分析

| 摘要 |
针对脑出血患者护理干预予以分析，主要研究阶段性康复护理对患者神经功能、日常生活能力的影响效果。方法 从本院收治的脑出血患者中，抽选2022-05至2023-05一年中的88例患者进行分组研究，按照患者自主意愿选择护理方式，常规护理干预有44例（常规组），阶段性康复护理干预，同样44例（康复组），对比观察患者经干预后的效果。结果 护理前评估患者NIHSS、BI指数、FMA均无明显差异（p＞0.05），在护理干预后显示，康复组患者上述指标评分与GQOLI-74评分，均显著比常规组更优，（p＜0.05）。结论 对于脑出血患者的护理干预，临床应用阶段性康复护理可有效改善患者神经功能，促进其日常生活能力的提升，具有良好的积极影响，值得推广。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the nursing interventions for patients with cerebral hemorrhage, and mainly study the effects of phased rehabilitation nursing on their neurological function and daily living ability. Methods 88 patients with cerebral hemorrhage admitted to a hospital from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected for grouping research. According to the patients voluntary choice of nursing methods, there were 44 cases of routine nursing intervention (routine group), 44 cases of stage rehabilitation nursing intervention, and the same 44 cases of rehabilitation group. The effects of patients after intervention were compared and observed. Results There was no significant difference (p>0.05) in the NIHSS, BI index, and FMA of the patients evaluated before nursing intervention. After nursing intervention, it was found that the above indicators and GQOLI-74 scores of the rehabilitation group were significantly better than those of the control group (p<0.05). Conclusion For nursing interventions for patients with cerebral hemorrhage, the clinical application of phased rehabilitation nursing can effectively improve the patients neurological function, promote their daily living ability, and have a good positive impact, which is worth promoting.
