At the present stage, with the continuous development of Chinas transportation and industry in China, the incidence of various accidents also increases, resulting in the incidence of a variety of traumatic diseases, among which the most common belongs to traumatic brain injury. The disease is highly prone to secondary lesions, such as intracranial hematoma, which seriously threatens the life safety of patients, so active intervention measures are needed. For patients with intracranial hematoma with hematoma removal as the main treatment, it can effectively remove hematoma, eliminate the oppression of brain tissue, however, although its good treatment effect, but easy to postoperative complications, such as elevated intracranial pressure, if not timely treatment, not only will increase the pain in patients with, but also affect the disease treatment effect, so need to active intervention, to ensure the safety of patients life and to ensure its clinical curative effect. This paper mainly analyzes the postoperative care of the possible complications, and obtains a good intervention effect, as follows.
