| 摘要 |
探究分析小儿护理工作中采取肢体语言沟通的效果。方法 将本院在2021年2月-2022年2月期间收治的120例患儿为本次研究对象。依照随机数字表法分为参考组及实验组，其中前者采取常规护理，后者在此基础上采取肢体语言沟通干预。每组60例。评价对比两组效果。结果 依从性对比显示，实验组显高于参考组（P＜0.05）。住院时间对比显示，实验组低于参考组（P＜0.05）。家长满意度对比显示，实验组高于参考组（P＜0.05）。结论 小儿护理工作中采取肢体语言沟通有助于提升患儿的依从性，促使其积极配合治疗，缩短住院时间，为此患儿家长较为满意。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore and analyze the effectiveness of using body language communication in pediatric nursing work. Methods 120 pediatric patients admitted to our hospital from February 2021 to February 2022 were selected as the study subjects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into a reference group and an experimental group. The former received routine care, while the latter received body language communication intervention on this basis. 60 cases per group. Evaluate and compare the effects of two groups. Results Compliance comparison showed that the experimental group was significantly higher than the reference group (P<0.05). The comparison of hospitalization time showed that the experimental group was lower than the reference group (P<0.05). The comparison of parental satisfaction showed that the experimental group was higher than the reference group (P<0.05). Conclusion Adopting body language communication in pediatric nursing work can help improve the compliance of children, encourage them to actively cooperate with treatment, and shorten hospitalization time. Therefore, parents of children with this condition are more satisfied.
