| 摘要 |
探讨快速康复外科在骨科膝关节置换患者围术期护理的应用对关节功能恢复的影响。方法 我院于2022年3月至2023年3月收治500例膝关节置换患者，随机将其分为两组，即对照组和观察组，分别予以常规围术期护理与快速康复外科围术期护理，比较两组患者的护理效果。结果 观察组的膝关节功能和生活质量评分均高于对照组，组间差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 快速康复外科护理也鼓励患者术后早期参与功能训练，避免了肢体血栓的形成，加快了患者胃肠功能、肢体关节功能的恢复，从而进一步保护了患者的身心健康状态，使其预后生活获得更好的恢复。在骨科膝关节置换患者围术期护理中采用快速康复外科干预可加快恢复患者的关节功能，提高其生活质量。

| Abstract |
Objective To investigate the effect of rapid rehabilitation surgery on the recovery of joint function in orthopaedic knee replacement patients with perioperative nursing. Methods 500 patients with knee replacement were admitted to our hospital from March 2022 to March 2023. They were randomly divided into two groups, namely control group and observation group. They were given routine perioperative nursing and rapid rehabilitation perioperative nursing, respectively, and the nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results The knee function and quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Rapid rehabilitation surgical intervention in perioperative nursing of orthopaedic knee replacement patients can accelerate the recovery of joint function and improve the quality of life of patients.
