| 摘要 |
分析在颈椎病和重度肥胖中应用针灸治疗的效果。方法 以2021年2月-2023年2月为研究开展时段，抽选在该时段内在于我院接受治疗的30例患者颈椎病患者、30例重度肥胖患者为研究对象，对60例患者实施针灸治疗，对比治疗前后的治疗效果。结果 治疗后，30例颈椎病患者颈椎生理曲度、VAS疼痛相较治疗前，颈椎生理曲度更好，VAS疼痛更轻。差异对比有统计学意义，P﹤0.05。而30例肥胖患者治疗后体质量指数以及腹围相较治疗组更低，差异对比有统计学意义，P﹤0.05。结论 针灸用于颈椎部治疗，可恢复颈椎生理曲度、降低脖颈疼痛，利于患者颈部活动自由。而在重度肥胖疾病上，针灸可以降低体质量指数，缩小腹围，改善躯体肥胖。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on cervical spondylosis and severe obesity. Methods From February 2021 to February 2023, 30 patients with cervical spondylosis and 30 patients with severe obesity who were treated in our hospital during this period were selected as the research objects. 60 patients were treated with acupuncture and moxibustion, and the therapeutic effects before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, 30 patients with cervical spondylosis showed better cervical physiological curvature and less VAS pain compared to before treatment. The difference comparison has statistical significance, P<0.05. The body mass index and abdominal circumference of 30 obese patients after treatment were lower than those of the treatment group, and the difference was statistically significant, P<0.05. Conclusion acupuncture and moxibustion and moxibustion can restore the physiological curvature of cervical vertebra, reduce neck pain, and help patients move freely. In severe obesity, acupuncture and moxibustion can reduce body mass index, shrink abdominal circumference and improve body obesity.
