| 摘要 |
分析PDCA循环管理在血透患者护理中的应用效果。方法 将我院于2022年12月-2023年12月收治的48例血透患者作为研究对象，通过随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组，各24例。对照组应用常规护理，观察组加以PDCA循环管理，对比两组护理效果。结果 观察组在采用PDCA循环管理后，其心理状态评分、自护能力评分、并发症发生率均优于对照组，组间差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论 在血透患者护理中应用PDCA循环管理可有效减少患者负面情绪，提升其自护能力，并降低并发症发生风险。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the application effect of PDCA cycle management in the nursing of hemodialysis patients. Methods 48 hemodialysis patients admitted to our hospital from December 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method, with 24 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group received PDCA cycle management. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results After adopting PDCA cycle management, the psychological state score, self-care ability score, and incidence of complications in the observation group were all better than those in the control group, with significant differences between groups (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of PDCA cycle management in the nursing of hemodialysis patients can effectively reduce negative emotions, improve their self-care ability, and reduce the risk of complications.
