| 摘要 |
研究分析围术期护理在小儿肱骨髁上骨折的临床效果。方法 选取2023年3月-2023年9月本院收入的130例小儿肱骨髁上骨折患儿为本次研究资料，按奇偶分组法分为对照组（65例），观察组（65例），对照组运用常规护理模式，观察组运用围术期护理模式。①比较两组患儿术前、术后一个月、术后三个月肘关节功能情况；②比较两组患儿并发症发生情况。结果 ①观察组患儿术前肘关节功能评分（57.24±2.46），术后1个月评分（75.84±2.75），术后3个月评分（82.94±2.23）；对照组患儿术前肘关节功能评分（56.91±2.73），术后1个月评分（68.70±2.42），术后3个月评分（74.91±2.92），观察组患儿关节功能评分高于对照组（P＜0.05）；②观察组患儿并发症发生率低于对照组（P＜0.05），以上结果差异均存在统计学意义。结论 针对小儿肱骨髁上骨折的患儿，一般常规护理达不到护理要求，围术期护理是临床优质护理路径，可提高护理质量，提升肘关节功能恢复，减少并发症发生，提高患儿及家属满意度，可做为临床首选护理路径。

| Abstract |
Objective to study and analyze the clinical effect of perioperative nursing in children with supracondylar fracture of humerus. Methods 130 children with supracondylar fracture of humerus from March 2023 to September 2023 were divided into control group (n = 65) and observation group (n = 65). The observation group used perioperative nursing mode. 1 compare the function of elbow joint between the two groups before operation, one month after operation and three months after operation; 2 compare the occurrence of complications between the two groups. Results 1 the scores of elbow function in the observation group were (57.24 ±2.46) before operation, (75.84 ±2.75) at 1 month and (82.94 ±2.23) at 3 months after operation, while those in the control group were (56.91 ±2.73), (68.70 ±2.42) and (74.91 ±2.92) months, respectively. The joint function score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). 2 the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05), and the differences were statistically significant. Conclusion for children with supracondylar fracture of humerus, general routine nursing can not meet the nursing requirements, and perioperative nursing is a high-quality clinical nursing path, which can improve nursing quality, improve the functional recovery of elbow joint and reduce the occurrence of complications. to improve the satisfaction of children and their families can be used as the first choice for clinical nursing.
