| 摘要 |
探讨助产士对会阴无保护分娩产妇会阴裂伤的护理。方法 时间为2023年1月至2024年1月，筛选后共计500名产妇，随机等量分成对照组（常规护理）和研究组（助产士综合护理），对比结果。结果 在会阴无裂伤率、配合度、疼痛评分、新生儿评分、产后住院时间等数据上两组差异显著，以研究组更优（P<0.05）。结论 在会阴无保护分娩的产妇中采用助产士综合护理能够有效改善产妇会阴裂伤程度、疼痛感等情况，同时有效提高分娩质量，值得推广。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the nursing care of midwives for unprotected perineal delivery mothers with perineal lacerations. Methods From January 2023 to January 2024, a total of 500 postpartum women were screened and randomly divided into a control group (routine care) and a study group (comprehensive midwife care) in equal amounts. The results were compared. Results There were significant differences between the two groups in terms of perineal laceration free rate, compliance, pain score, neonatal score, and postpartum hospital stay, with the study group being better (P<0.05). Conclusion The use of midwife comprehensive care in unprotected perineal delivery can effectively improve the degree of perineal laceration and pain in parturients, as well as improve the quality of delivery. It is worth promoting.
