| 摘要 |
探讨结核病患者护理时，应用人性化护理服务的效果。方法 纳入2022年6月~2023年6月于我院进行护理干预的结核病患者72例为研究对象。使用随机方式分为对照组（常规护理干预）和实验组（人性化护理）各36例，对比两组护理效果。结果 实验组护理满意度、生活质量和干预后护理质量各评分显著高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 对结核病实施临床护理时使用人性化护理服务干预能够显著提高患者满意度和生活质量，对优化护理质量也具有积极意义。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the effect of humanistic nursing service in the nursing of tuberculosis patients. Methods 72 patients with tuberculosis who received nursing intervention in our hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were included as the study subjects. Randomly divide into a control group (conventional nursing intervention) and an experimental group (humanized nursing) with 36 cases each, and compare the nursing effects of the two groups. Results The nursing satisfaction, quality of life, and post intervention nursing quality scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The use of humanistic nursing service intervention in clinical nursing of tuberculosis can significantly improve patient satisfaction and quality of life, and has positive significance in optimizing nursing quality.
