摘要	结直肠癌是常见的消化道恶性肿瘤之一，手术是其主要的治疗手段。结直肠癌手术后吻合口瘘是一种严重的并发症，会影响患者的生存质量和预后，增加医疗费用和医疗纠纷。本文从结直肠癌患者术后吻合口瘘的相关危险因素、诊断与识别、分级、评估与预防、治疗与管理五个方面，综述了国内外的最新研究进展和共识，旨在为临床医生提供参考和指导。
Abstract	Colorectal cancer is one of the common malignant tumors of the digestive tract, and surgery is its main treatment method. Anastomotic fistula after colorectal cancer surgery is a serious complication that can affect the quality of life and prognosis of patients, increase medical costs and disputes. This article reviews the latest research progress and consensus at home and abroad on the risk factors, diagnosis and identification, grading, evaluation and prevention, treatment and management of postoperative anastomotic fistula in colorectal cancer patients, aiming to provide reference and guidance for clinical doctors.
