| 摘要 |
探究分析多学科协同护理干预模式对直肠癌放疗患者的影响。方法 把2023.1-2023.12接受直肠癌放疗的患者随机分为对照组（常规护理）与观察组（多学科协同护理），对比两组的不良反应发生率以及生活质量。结果 观察组优于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 多学科协同护理可显著改善患者心理状态以及不良反应发生率，确保患者生活质量的提升。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore and analyze the impact of multidisciplinary collaborative nursing intervention model on rectal cancer radiotherapy patients. Method Patients who received rectal cancer radiotherapy from March 2021 to December 2023 were randomly divided into a control group (conventional nursing) and an observation group (multidisciplinary collaborative nursing), and the incidence of adverse reactions and quality of life were compared between the two groups. The observation group was superior to the control group, with P<0.05. Conclusion Multi disciplinary collaborative nursing can significantly improve the psychological status and incidence of adverse reactions of patients, ensuring an improvement in their quality of life.
