综合护理与健康教育用于肺癌患者护理中的临床效果分析

| 摘要 |
分析在肺癌患者护理中应用综合护理与健康教育的效果。方法 抽选在2021年3月-2023年研究时段内于我院确诊肺癌且接受治疗的患者334例为研究对象，以入院顺序划167例为对照组，常规护理，其余167例为观察组，接受综合护理与健康教育，对比两组护理后的QLQ-30肺癌患者生活质量，对比两组健康教育知识知晓评分。结果 护理后，观察组生活质量以及健康知识评分显著高于对照组，P﹤0.05。结论 实施综合护理与健康教育可提高肺癌患者的生活质量，利于疾病认知提高，配合临床治疗开展，同时可加深患者健康意识，建立正确的健康生活行为，全面性的提高护理效果。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing and health education in the nursing of lung cancer patients. Methods a total of 334 patients with lung cancer diagnosed and treated in our hospital during the 20213 months to 2023 study period were selected as study subjects, the other 167 patients in the Observation Group received comprehensive nursing and health education, and the QLQ-30 quality of life of lung cancer patients after nursing was compared between the two groups, and the scores of health education knowledge were compared between the two groups. Results after nursing, the scores of quality of life and health knowledge in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (p < 0.05). Conclusion the implementation of comprehensive nursing and health education can improve the quality of life of lung cancer patients, improve the cognition of the disease, cooperate with the clinical treatment, deepen the patients health consciousness, and establish the correct healthy life behavior, improve the overall effect of nursing.
