| 摘要 |
探究分析无痛护理管理模式在检验科采血室小儿静脉采血中的应用。方法 时间：2022年1月至2022年12月，对象：检验科采血室接受静脉采血的儿童共102例，分组：随机分为对照组（常规护理）与观察组（无痛护理），对比两组的一次采血成功率；采血情况；疼痛情况。结果 观察组优于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 应用无痛护理管理模式，可显著改善接受静脉采血的儿童疼痛状态以及采血情况，保障一次采血成功率的提升。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore and analyze the application of painless nursing management mode in venous blood collection of children in the blood collection room of laboratory. Methods From January 2022 to December 2022, a total of 102 children receiving intravenous blood collection in the blood collection room of laboratory were divided into control group (routine nursing) and observation group (painless nursing) at random, and the success rate of one-time blood collection in the two groups was compared. Blood collection; Pain condition. Results The observation group was superior to the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of painless nursing management mode can significantly improve the pain state and blood collection situation of children receiving venous blood collection, and ensure the improvement of the success rate of blood collection.
