| 摘要 |
目标 是建立一个家庭参与的早产儿预出院病房的护理质量评估指标体系，以便更好地评估和提高早产儿的护理水平。为进一步完善家庭参与式早新生儿住院管理模式提供参考依据。方法 我们采用文献回顾和德尔菲法，对相关的研究资料进行了全面的分析和整合，从而构建了一个家庭参与型早产儿预出院病房的护理质量评估指标体系。运用层次分析法确定各维度权重并计算得分。结果 这一体系包括了4个一级指标、13个二级指标以及36个三级指标的家庭参与式早产儿预出院病房护理质量评价指标体系。结论 该指标体系可为评价家庭参与式早产儿预出院病房护理质量提供参考，而有效的做好家庭参与式护理，使得患儿出院后居家期亦可以得到有效的护理。

| Abstract |
Objective To construct an evaluation index system of nursing quality in family participatory premature infants. Methods Literature review method and Delphi method were used to evaluate the index system of nursing quality. Results A evaluation system of 4 primary indicators, 13 secondary indicators and 36 tertiary indicators. Conclusion This index system can provide reference for evaluating the quality of care in family participatory preterm ward.
