Objective To analyze the clinical effect of the 5A-based early rehabilitation care model for patients after thyroid surgery. Methods choose between January 2023-January 2024 in our treatment of thyroid cancer patients as a study of 100 cases, patients receive surgery, during the patients are divided into two groups, the purpose is to take different postoperative nursing measures, 50 cases of routine care and the reference group, another 50 cases based on 5A early rehabilitation nursing and points in the research group, compare two groups after nursing psychological emotional score, quality of life score, adverse reactions, patient satisfaction clinical data, to analyze the effectiveness of nursing mode. Results The data of this study showed that the SAS and SDS scores were not different (P> 0.05); the data of SAS and SDS showed that the study group was lower than the reference group (P <0.05); the study group (P <0.05); the incidence of the study group was lower than the reference group (P <0.05); the patient satisfaction study group was higher than the reference group (P <0.05). Conclusion The 5A based early rehabilitation nursing mode for thyroid patients can effectively improve patients bad mood, enhance their enthusiasm for treatment, improve the quality of life of patients after surgery, have fewer adverse reactions, high treatment comfort, satisfy the patients, and have high therapeutic value, which is worth promoting.
