Objective To explore the effectiveness of using mini clinical exercises to evaluate the quantitative scale in training pediatric standardized nurses. Method A total of 28 standardized training nurses from July 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into two groups. The control group received traditional one-on-one mentor guidance and theoretical skills training assessment methods according to the pediatric standardized training plan. The observation group applied the "mini clinical exercise evaluation" method on the basis of the control group for clinical practice application ability training and assessment. The training period for each regulated nurse is three months. Compare the critical thinking ability, specialized core ability, theory, operation, and multidimensional satisfaction evaluation of two groups of trained nurses. The observation group had higher scores in critical thinking ability, specialized core ability, theory, operation, and multidimensional satisfaction evaluation than the control group, with P<0.05. Conclusion The mini clinical exercise evaluation quantification table is applied to the rotation training of regulated nurses, and the effect is significant, which is worth promoting and applying.
