Objective To explore the application value of predictive nursing in perioperative patients with hepatobiliary stones, and to observe the effects on psychological status and complications. Methods participate in the researchers are from January 2023 to January 2024 by our hospital admitted hepatobiliary stone patients with 100 cases, and give surgical treatment, group patients, clinical different nursing intervention, 50 patients were included in the reference group, 50 patients were included in the study group, observe the nursing effect. Results The data of the two groups were calculated, the SAS and SDS scores compared with the reference group; the total compliance rate was higher than the reference group; the total incidence of the two groups was lower than the reference group; the total satisfaction rate of the two groups was higher than the reference group; the difference between the two groups showed significant statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion After the study, the implementation of predictive nursing has an ideal effect on hepatobiliary stone patients in the perioperative period, the psychological state of patients has improved significantly, and the good attitude actively cooperate with the treatment, improve the treatment compliance, and the treatment safety of patients is high, reduce the occurrence of complications, and improve the patient satisfaction, it is suggested to be widely used.
