| Abstract |
Objective To analyze and discuss the clinical impact of health education on hypertension patients in the process of nursing. It is expected to apply the studied theory to practice, promote the development of the field, curb the development of the disease, and ensure the health of patients. Methods 120 hypertensive patients were selected as the experimental subjects, and the study period from November 2022 to November 2023 was selected as the basis, named group A and group B. Different intervention strategies were implemented between the two groups, the former included 60 cases, provide routine care services; the latter included 60 cases. on the basis of routine care, strengthen the health education intervention strategy for patients, then the relevant data collection, statistical analysis, effect evaluation, integration and comparison. Results After statistical analysis, the plan adopted by group B is more feasible, and the value of each index was better in the other group, and the P value was less than 0.05, which is worth discussing. It can be reflected in the following aspects: heart rate level, blood pressure level, emotional status, quality of life score, patient satisfaction before and after nursing. Conclusion for patients with high blood pressure, in the horizontal selection of clinical care plan, suggested priority adopt b group plan, namely routine care + health education service mode, on the one hand, can effectively deepen the cognitive level of disease, improve health care consciousness, make it can better follow the doctors treatment, so that the heart rate and blood pressure level to effectively improve, anxiety, depression, improved quality of life, also can greatly improve the relationship between nurses and patients, harvest patient satisfaction, worthy of affirmation, reference, praise.
